PHOTOS PUBLISHED IN TOM DOAK'S CONFIDENTIAL GUIDE
Tom Doak's updated The Confidential Guide to Golf Courses Volume 3 - The Americas (summer destinations) features multiple photos of Oakmont Country Club and Sand Valley Golf Resort taken by Ryan Farrow. Ryan's photo of Oakmont was captured back in 2006 when he was a member of the grounds crew at Oakmont. The cover of The Confidential Guide features a painting of Rock Creek Cattle Company where Ryan worked as an intern for Tom Doak in 2007.

PHOTOGRAPHY PUBLISHED IN NEW PLANET GOLF BOOK
The latest edition of Darius Oliver's Planet Golf series, Modern Masterpieces: The World’s Greatest Modern Golf Courses, features photography of Sand Valley Golf Resort In central Wisconsin. Ryan captured the photos while working on construction of the golf course as a Shaper for Coore & Crenshaw Design.

GOLF ARCHITECTURE MAGAZINE Publishes Two Page Spread
Ryan Farrow's photography is featured in the January 2016 issue of Golf Architecture Magazine. The two page photo was taken at Stone Forest International Country Club's Leader's Peak Course and used to highlight an article on building golf courses on difficult sites.

PHOTO OF SAND VALLEY GRACES FRONT PAGE OF MILWAUKEE NEWSPAPER
The August 26th issue of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel features an in depth article on Coore & Crenshaw's latest course at the Sand Valley Golf Resort. Ryan Farrow's photo of the first hole at Sand Valley was published on the first page accompanying the article. The Sentinel is Wisconsin's most subscribed newspaper with a daily circulation of over 200,000.
SCHMIDT-CURLEY BRINGS LINKS GOLF TO CHINA
Dalu Dunes is featured on the cover of Golf Architecture Magazine.
From the article:
“The course includes many traditional links features: a Redan hole, a driveable par four to a punchbowl green, large expanses of waste area and blow-out style bunkers. The design will also feature just two heights of cut: fairway and greens. “
Asian Club Business offers a sneak peak of the upcoming Dalu Dunes course in Inner Mongolia.

“Throughout the design process, SCD looked at not only preserving the existing vegetation and natural sand dunes but also the micro undulations in the fairways and green contours. According to Schmidt, “In keeping with the great links courses of the British Isles we recognize the importance of challenging golfers with a variety of uneven lies, partially blind shots, and opening up the golfer's eyes to a variety of ways to play each golf hole.”
SCHMIDT-CURLEY COURSE BUILT AMONG DUNES OF THE GOBI DESERT
Golf Course Architecture features a preview of Schmidt-Curley's Dalu Dunes Golf course with numerous photos and an explanation of the design philosophy for one of China's most exciting new courses.

“We hope this design will not only change the misconceptions of the game in China regarding overly manicured and watered courses, but also inspire developers to seek out great, natural sites like those found here, on the edge of the Gobi Desert,” added Farrow.
